  Our resort features three outdoor pools including a heated, 6 lane, 25 meter lap pool, an activity pool, and an adult only pool. Pools are typically open from May to October. Please call (434) 972-2235 for exact open dates.

• CHARLOTTESVILLE FITNESS CENTER

  Overlooking a beautiful vista, our Charlottesville fitness center offers ellipticals, arc trainers, treadmills, steppers, bikes, free weights, power rack and Cybex equipment. With a professional staff and certified professionals, we are here to assist you in achieving your personal best, no matter your current fitness level. Please ask the fitness staff for assistance when needed. We do recommend that everyone meet with a personal trainer at least once.

  The Boar's Head Sports Club offers Stott Pilates mat and reformer classes. One-on-one sessions, 3-4 person group reformer sessions as well as mat classes are currently offered.

  Along with tennis and squash, Boar's Head guests and members have the opportunity to play another racquet sport - pickleball! We like to say that "pickleball is fun for all" because it's truly a sport that any age and skill level can enjoy. With more than 3 million players in the country, pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the country today so come out and enjoy the fun. Boar’s Head Sports Club has 4 outdoor pickleball courts and 2 indoor courts. We also have paddles and balls that can be checked out at the McArthur Squash Center welcome desk. Pickleball nets are in both areas and ready for play. In addition to open play, we have a series of clinics that are available.

• SQUASH AT BOAR'S HEAD

  Welcome to the McArthur Squash Center, a world-class 33,000-square-foot facility available to Boar's Head members and guests that boasts 12 singles courts, 2 doubles courts and 2 exhibition courts all within one single venue. The facility is shared by the University of Virginia NCAA teams and is a remarkable space serving players of all skill levels.
